remove the netting
in order to free these birds and avoid
further tragedy.

Jul 2015(Sana Sayed): Despite a public outcry, wild birds at the Metropolitan
Transportation Authority’s (MTA) Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) Lindenhurst train
station are reportedly still caught behind the facility’s bird-deterrent
netting. And clumsy “rescue” attempts cannot guarantee that all birds will be
trapped and released before succumbing to stress or starvation as numerous
others allegedly have. Your voice is needed!
